天然產物導向的催化不對稱串聯環化反應設計與應用;
新型氟烷基化及氟烷基硫化試劑的開發與應用;
含磷含氟藥物及精細化學品、功能材料和特種功能助劑等的合成工藝研發。
主持國家自然科學基金、上海市科委重點項目、上海市教委及大型企業集團科技攻關項目等各級課題20余項。
