1995年7月,華東理工大學畢業,獲博士學位;
2003年1月-2021年11月,上海應用技術大學,香料香精化妝品學部 教授、院長、學部主任;
2021年11月-至今,上海交通大學,農業與生物學院 特聘教授;上海應用技術大學香料香精化妝品學部主任

從事香精科學與技術領域研究30年,先后主持了國家重點研發計劃“納米科技”重點專項(3520萬元)、 “十二五”支撐計劃、“973計劃”前期、國家自然科學基金等國家級、省部級項目及企業項目100余項。

獲國家及省部級獎10余項,國家科技進步二等獎1項(排名1,2014)、上海市教學成果特等獎1項(排名1,2017)、上海市科技進步一等獎2項(排名1,2013、
2020)、中國輕工業聯合會技術發明一等獎1項(排名1,2018)、中國食品科學技術學會技術進步一等獎1項(排名1,2018)。
