2020年3月博士畢業(yè)于上海交通大學電子科學與技術專業(yè),同年9月進入上海應用技術大學理學院應用物理系任教。主要從事微電子機械系統(tǒng)(MEMS)傳感器、半導體器件等領域的研究,主持科研項目有國家自然科學基金青年基金、上海高校青年教師培養(yǎng)項目、校級項目和橫向課題等,在國內(nèi)外高水平刊物發(fā)表科研論文三十余篇,專利公開3項。 | ||
