本人主要從事功能性納米載體的設計及其在眼組織轉運和生物效應機理的研究;新型納米制劑(脂肪乳、脂質體等)的開發及產業化研究。目前,主持或參與了國家973計劃、863計劃(2007AA021604)、國家自然科學基金(81102387)、上海市科委(11ZR1444700)等多項項目,在Biomaterials、Drug Discovery Today國內外一流學術期刊發表論文30余篇,申請新型專利12項,其中PCT專利1項,獲授權專利6項。中科院青年創新促進會會員,中科院上海藥物所首屆“新星計劃 A類”人才,曾獲2015年中國產學研合作創新獎 個人獎,2012年中國藥學會“第十一屆全國青年藥學工作者最新科研成果交流會”優秀論文三等獎。國家食品藥品監督管理局新藥評審專家。 在新制劑的研發和產業化推進方面,完成了H205眼用乳劑、環孢素A眼用乳劑、前列地爾脂肪乳和磷酸奧司他韋膠囊等近10項新制劑的開發,先后協助企業完成了眼用乳劑及注射乳劑等3條生產線的建立。其中環孢素A眼用乳劑獲得了新藥2類臨床批件,臨床研究結果顯示其治療效果顯著優于對照組。為推進該項目的產業化,已協助上海醫藥集團有限公司建成了國內首條自動化眼用乳劑(100L/批)生產線,將投入產業化應用。 | ||
